Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Moniruzzaman brings nearly three decades of industrial engineering and project leadership to CoreAxis Industrial. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology and a Master of Business Administration from North South University, combining deep technical proficiency with strategic business perspective. His career spans senior leadership roles across the cement, sugar refining, textile, and wood-based manufacturing industries — including maintenance leadership at Lafarge Surma Cement, factory general management at Akij Cement and Abdul Monem Sugar Refinery, and head-of-project roles overseeing capital projects valued at up to approximately $73 million.

Senior Reliability Engineers
Lead root-cause failure analysis, predictive maintenance programs, and complex mechanical rectification projects at client facilities.
Technical Trainers
Deliver hands-on training modules in reliability engineering, process optimization, and industrial safety to the U.S. workforce.
Field Technicians
Provide on-site support for installation, commissioning, alignment, and maintenance execution.

Coordinators and client success managers who manage project logistics, scheduling, documentation, and long-term client relationships.
